Aliso Viejo was incorporated in 2001 and began building homes in the early 1990s. It’s well known for its clean air, low crime, and coastal lifestyle. It is bordered by the cities of Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, and Laguna Woods.
