St. Tropez was built by Glenfed Development, and is comprised of 145 condominiums. Several floor plans are offered that range from 1,067 to 1,563 square feet. Students who are interested in higher education can go to nearby Soka University, a four year liberal arts school that serves both undergraduates and grad students.

This area has many trails for hiking, biking, and walking as well as community parks where you can take the kids to play. St. Tropez is adjacent from Argonaut Park which is set back from the road and features a basketball court, picnic tables, and playground. Kids like this park for its big rolling hills.
